How to read this. Scores run 6 → 10 in half-steps. 7.5s are still worthy buys; 7 and below aren't personally recommended. Value matters throughout — especially in half-tiers and at the low end. The value tag flags bottles priced in the bottom quartile of their tier. The ★ favorite tag marks bottles on repeat rotation.
